Out of all of the Colorado ski resorts, Keystone Resort is one of Colorado's most "user friendly" snow destinations, will exceed the expectations of all its visitors. Keystone Resort is comprised of three incredible and unique mountains; Dercum Mountain, North Peak, and the Outback. Skiers and snowboarders alike will find their snow sport needs satisfied with a great assortment of steeps, bowls, bumps, glades, groomers, and a terrain park. Keystone has lots for non-skiers and non-boarders, too. Enjoy great restaurants, beautiful scenery, an assortment of shopping options, gondola rides, as well as the largest outdoor ice skating facility in the United States.
Lodging choices range from the economical to the luxurious, with all types both at the base of the lifts as well as an easy shuttle ride away. Find hotel rooms, condos, and homes for both short and long snow vacation getaways. Guests staying in many of the accommodations at Keystone are given a complimentary "passport" full of discounts and freebies for activities and events offered in the villages.
While visiting Keystone, venture 10 minutes up Loveland Pass to Arapahoe Basin, an "old fashioned" ski area with a dirt parking lot, an A-frame base lodge, traditional 2-man chair lifts and some of the most challenging ski terrain of all Colorado ski resorts. Find yourself at elevations above the trees and take in the endless views. Your lift ticket is easily interchangeable at Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. And lastly, for those diehards who can't put their skis away in the spring, Arapahoe Basin stays open for skiing and snowboarding well into May and June.
In addition to the alpine opportunities at Keystone, you will find some of the best cross country ski terrain anywhere. Keystone's Cross Country Center, located at the River Course golf course, offers miles of trails that meander through the White River National Forest.
Day or night, Keystone has it all. Come ski Keystone for a complete resort experience. Bring your friends and family for a lifetime of memories!
